General terms and conditions

1- registration and payment :

A – registration: to be considered definitive, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the trip must be paid by bank transfer – transfer charges are payable by the customer.

B – Payment: the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than one month before departure, payment must be made in full in a single instalment – the cost of bank transfers will be charged to the customer.

2 – travel information :

Citizens of Western Europe and North America do not need a visa to enter Morocco, but a valid passport is required! We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the customer’s failure to comply with customs regulations.

3 – Cancellation fees :

If the customer is obliged to cancel his trip, he must inform us by e-mail. The date of receipt of this e-mail will be taken as the cancellation date for the purpose of invoicing cancellation fees.

+ More than 3 months before departure ………………. 30% of the total cost of the trip will be retained.

+ From 90 days to 61 days before departure………….. 50% of the total amount will be retained.

+ From 60 days to 31 days before departure ……………. 70% of the total amount will be retained.

+ From 30 days before departure ……………… 100% of the total amount will be retained.

4 – Insurance :

We advise you to take out multi-risk insurance covering all the risks of your trip:
Repatriation, cancellation, loss of luggage, accidents, cancellation… etc.

5 – Liability :

We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the following events:

– Failure to present expired or insufficiently valid documents (passport) at customs or check-in.

– Unforeseeable and insurmountable incidents or events caused by a foreign third party during the trip, such as bad weather, plane delays, breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other belongings. Delay(s) caused by any of the aforementioned events, as well as any resulting itinerary changes, may not give rise to any compensation whatsoever, particularly in the event of a change in the duration of the program initially planned. Any additional costs incurred as a result of disruption (transport, hotel, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

– Cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, or for reasons of customer safety and/or on the instructions of an administrative authority.

6 – Miscellaneous :

– The photos on the site are not contractual.

– Any complaint concerning Terra Sud’s services must be sent to the agency by registered letter, accompanied by supporting documents, within 20 days of the end of the services.
