Departure from Marrakech by minibus to the town of Tahnaoute and the village of Asni via the Ghighaya gorges. After Asni, we take the small road along the Ait Mizane valley and meet our muleteer and his mule at the village of Imi n'Oughlad 1355m, before starting our hike over the small Amsker pass 1650m. Descend to the village of Imsker, picnic by the wadi, and then climb up to the Ousertek valley, passing through various villages: Tinghar, Tidilli. Ascent to the village of Assaka at 2000m. Dinner and overnight with local people. 5 h walk. 800m ascent and 300m descent.

After breakfast, we climb up to the ochre villages of Guliz and Agadir. From one village to the next, we cross a small red gerbevrier forest. Panoramic views of the Western High Atlas, we cross the Tizi n'Ouakimeden pass at 2600m, and then descend to the Oukaimeden plateau, lunch with our team before heading back to Marrakech via the Ourika valley. 4h walk, 700m ascent, 100m descent.
